Working side-by-side with celebrities, preparing red carpet events, and gaining unbelievable connections is what every millennial wants. Briones breaks down insight she learned in the entertainment business and how faith helped her in her journey.

Growing up around dope people in LA; there’s no surprise that Aileen Briones grew up to create dope content with dope people. Building a network of creators was easy for her because she grew up creating with them. Establishing a team is essential for any entrepreneur/creative. Briones used her upbringing to benefit her passion. She admits she has fears like any other person, her biggest fear is not being successful. “I define success on my own terms and for me I fear not contributing to the world like I should”. Briones views the implications of her capabilities as the basis for the standard in the quality of a person’s life. Turning an idea into a project that turns into a blessing for others if the biggest success story. Briones states, “that’s what the world is missing. More compassion is needed in the world. Compassion can turn into action and action brings forth change”.

“My biggest advice for entrepreneurs is to move and pray. The Lord is so real…when you plant seeds for yourself the path is created and His purpose for your life will come to fruition. Put in the work: apply to jobs, network, research, etc but also pray and actually let Him guide you”. She continued stating, “also, avoid distractions and be careful who you keep around. Take care of your body, nourish the different areas of your life. Read a book, workout, partake in quality conversation, and focus on being the best version of yourself”. Her words of wisdom are especially appreciated by her interns. “I love talking with them and working with them. I try to help them figure out the purpose in their passion and how it translates in their career”

The hardest lesson for Briones to learn professionally and personally is trust. “Work requires you to have to be careful but come in with an open mind. You need to be aware and critically listen. When your mind/perspective is opened, when you learn to critically think, then you’re able to understand people around you. That was hard for me at first. Trust is everything in the PR business. Trust is important in client relationships and personal relationships too. The purpose of a PR is to create trust between the public and the client”. This line of work packages content for the culture. The responsibility can be overwhelming but Aileen Briones, LA’s finest, has master the art of public relations.
